Protective boots for welders, in which we have used the most important solutions, have been precisely manufactured and designed for use in difficult conditions, in places such as steelworks, coking plants, metal foundries and all kinds of metallurgical plants, where there is an increased risk of contact with liquid metals.

The rubber and polyurethane in the sole provide resistance to low-concentration acid and alkali solutions and contact with hot surfaces up to 300°C, while the use of waterproof leather protects against water penetration. The footwear meets the requirements of EN ISO 20349 for steelworkers and foundry workers.

• Upper made of high-quality leather.
• Upper lining made of laminated fabric with high tear and abrasion resistance.
• Seams stitched with thick flame-retardant thread.
• The structural connections between the upper elements allow liquid metal to flow.
• Footwear adjustable with a strap at the back, which can be quickly detached in case of danger.
• Toe cap – metal protection against impacts up to 200 J.
• Heel reinforcement – thermoplastic material.
• Insole resistant to punctures up to 1100 N.
• Contoured, replaceable linings with high hygroscopicity.

Upper: waterproof leather

Lining: breathable, tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant material

Sole: double-layered PU/RUBBER:
oil-resistant, non-slip, anti-static, abrasion resistant and cracking as well as low-concentration acid and alkali solutions, resistant to short-term contact with hot surfaces up to 300 °C, with energy absorption in the heel area
