Chemical Resistant Jacket, Blue 3511/PROTECTIVE

The Acid-Resistant Jacket ensures safety and protects the user from liquid chemicals in the event of splashing. The protective jacket is made of Klopman fabric with an acid-resistant finish, which guarantees durability and long-term use.

The uniform is intended for laboratory workers, chemical plants, refineries and in places where clothing compliant with EN 13034 is required, where the person is exposed to short-term and low-intensity contact with liquid chemicals, e.g. accidental spills of oils and solvents, clothing protecting against diluted acids and alkalis.

• The jacket complies with EN 13034, limited protection against liquid chemicals — type 6.
• The jacket is fastened with a zip covered by a placket, fastened with concealed press studs.
• Neck-cut finished with a stand-up collar, fastened with a concealed press stud.
• Two patch breast pockets with flaps, fastened with concealed press studs.
• Sleeves finished with elasticated cuffs.
• Bottom finished with a belt, elasticated sides for a snug fit.

EN ISO 13688: Protective clothing — General requirements

EN 13034: Protection against accidental minor splashes of chemicals with low pressure and volume, for which a complete barrier to liquid penetration is not required. Type PB [6] – partial body protection.
