Chemical Resistant Work Overalls, Blue 6511/PROTECTIVE

Acid-resistant dungarees from the Protective collection guarantee safety and protect the user from liquid chemicals in the event of splashing. The dungarees are made of Klopman fabric with an acid-resistant finish, which ensures durability and long-term use.

They have additional reinforcement with a double layer of fabric at the front of the legs, several functional, secure pockets and are adjustable at the side and back thanks to elasticated waistband.

The main purpose of dungarees is for employees of laboratories, chemical plants, refineries and wherever clothing compliant with EN 13034 is required, where the person is exposed to short-term and low-intensity contact with liquid chemicals, e.g. against accidental spillage of oils and solvents, clothing protecting against diluted acids and alkalis.

EN ISO 13688: Protective clothing — General requirements

EN 13034: Protection against accidental minor splashes of chemicals with low pressure and volume, for which a complete barrier to liquid penetration is not required. Type PB [6] – partial body protection.
